Can I try a course before I buy it?
Yes, we have free sample lessons on our website. Click here to view our free trials page. You will also find them listed on your 'My Home' page and booking pages.

If I buy an online course and don't like it, can I get a refund?
After you order your first online course with us, you'll have 30 days to try it out. If you decide it's not for you, then simply contact us in writing at You are entitled to one refund only. After your refund, any future memberships/subscriptions will no longer qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. Please note that this 30-day money-back guarantee does not include payments for our face-to-face courses or virtual Zoom courses.

How do I unsubscribe?
Just email confirming you would like to unsubscribe and give us at least 7 days' notice. Your next due subscription payments will then be cancelled and access to your course will be cancelled on the next subscription payment date.

When do I receive my login details?
You will automatically receive an email with a temporary password once you have booked a course.Please check your junkmail folder if you have not received an email within 2 minutes.

How do I change my password?
Once logged in, click on your name at the top or bottom of the page, you'll then arrive at 'My Profile', click 'Edit Profile', add your new password in the Password field and click 'Update Profile'.
